🎬 Quick Tips for Filming Your Video
Yes, we’re watching how you shoot it—because content quality matters. This isn’t about being polished or overproduced; it’s about care, clarity and creativity.
Here’s what we expect:
- âś… Film in landscape (horizontal)
- ✅ Good audio—avoid background noise
- ✅ Good lighting—face a window or a soft light source
- âś… Look into the lens, not at your screen
- âś… Upload in a shareable format (MP4 preferred, or via Google Drive/WeTransfer with open access)
You don’t need fancy equipment. Your phone is fine. Just be yourself and respect the basics—this is your first piece of content with us, and we’re watching for attention to detail.

- 🗣️ Group interviews at our Shoreditch studio (for UK-based roles) or online (for remote candidates)
- 💡 Final panel interview, including a short 2-minute presentation on what you’d like to learn—and how you plan to get there
